• - Each ticket permits a single entry only. - Tickets are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. - Professional shoots, such as engagement, wedding, modeling, or TV advertisements, require prior approval from the management office. - Visitors must adhere to the designated opening and closing hours. - Use the allocated pathways, walkways, and exits only. - Outside food, beverages, and smoking are prohibited. - Items like cars, balls, scooters, bicycles, hoverboards, and pets are not allowed inside. - Guests are required to follow all posted and verbal safety instructions provided by Dubai Garden Glow. - Non-smoking areas must be observed without exception. - Animals and pets are not permitted within the premises. - Instructions given by security personnel must be followed immediately and without dispute. - Proper and respectful attire is mandatory, and entry may be denied for inappropriate clothing. - The management reserves the right to remove any visitor posing a risk to park assets or engaging in misconduct. - Visitors and their companions will be held responsible for any damage caused due to negligence or failure to comply with these rules. - Dubai Garden Glow reserves the right to alter park timings or temporarily suspend shows and attractions for maintenance or safety reasons without prior notice or compensation. - The park is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. - In the event of natural calamities or waterlogging caused by rain, cash counters will close for safety reasons, and no further entries will be allowed.
