To pick up your admittance card and start your tour, please make sure you arrive at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel Ticketing Lounge (https://goo.gl/maps/GmbaAZWqdHpAfkh38) fifteen minutes before your scheduled tour time. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Please be aware that tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, and that they are your confirmation. Re-entry is prohibited. Every ticket holder under the age of sixteen needs a 21+ adult to accompany them. This ticket can be downloaded to your mobile and scanned upon entry, eliminating the need to print it. DRESS CODE: When in public areas, please be considerate of our in-house guests' comfort and privacy. Professional cameras or flash photography are not allowed. Dress to impress at the Burj Al Arab, the birthplace of luxury! Smart/casual clothing. Shorts that are tailored are acceptable. No beachwear.
