• Only the Non Prime time indicated on your ticket is eligible for admission to The View at The Palm. It could be necessary for guests to present identification. The holder of the ticket should come fifteen minutes before the time shown on the ticket. Those who arrive late will not be admitted. An adult with a valid admission ticket must accompany children under the age of sixteen. Proof of age may be required in the form of a government-issued photo ID. There are no exchanges, refunds, or replacements for lost, damaged, or stolen tickets. Personal property needs to be stored in a secure location. There is a clear exclusion of liability for any lost or stolen property. We hereby disclaim any responsibility for weather-related visibility issues. Weather-related refunds and rain checks are not available. Commercial usage of images and/or videos captured during the visit is prohibited. Camera and video recording use may be prohibited at any time and without prior warning. Mobile phones, cameras, selfie sticks, tripods, backpacks, and other personal possessions are among the things that are strictly forbidden to put on or through the gaps or partitions of the terrace's window panels, or to keep them outside of The View's terrace. Photographs and films must only be shot from within the terrace, and objects must always be kept inside. Wheelchair accessibility is available throughout The View. Pets are not allowed. Magic markers, spray paint, aerosol cans, glass bottles, knives, fireworks, explosives, firearms, ammunition, chemical weapons, mace, pepper spray, multi-tools, skate shoes, or any type of wheeled footwear are all forbidden at The View. Sunrise Session: Saturdays and Sundays at 5:30, 6:00, and 6:30 a.m. (starting October 1, 23).
