• • Your ticket's Prime time is the only time you can enter The View at The Palm. • The View at the Palm cannot guarantee entrance to anyone coming after the time indicated on the ticket, so the ticket bearer should arrive fifteen minutes before the time shown on the ticket. • It could be necessary for guests to present identification. • An adult with a valid admission ticket must accompany children under the age of sixteen. • As proof of age, a government-issued photo ID could be needed. • The View at The Palm does not permit food or drink. • No ticket may be replaced, reimbursed, or swapped in any way if it is lost, destroyed, or stolen. • We hereby disclaim all liability for weather-related issues that affect visibility. • In the event of bad weather, refunds and rain checks are not available. • You may find our general terms and conditions at www.theviewpalm.ae. Level 2 of the Nakheel Mall Rooftop serves as the entrance to The View at The Palm.
