- Prepare to climb to the world's tallest tower's levels 125 and 124! Your tickets can now be picked up. To obtain tickets, the visitor must show the At the Top counter the QR code on this reservation confirmation along with a photo ID. This booking confirmation is only good for the time and date shown on it; when that time and date have passed, it will automatically expire. Reservations can only be changed up to 72 hours before the scheduled visit. Booking confirmations and/or tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, both before and after the ticket(s) expire. They can only be used once. Tickets that are lost, damaged, or stolen are not exchangeable, refundable, or replaceable in any way. Please be aware that the "ATT + café" package only comes with one croissant or one soft drink; hot beverages are not included.
