- In the desert, riders are required to adhere closely to the leader's or guide's path. The rider is financially liable for any damage to the bike or buggy during the journey.Quad biking is not covered by insurance. Before the quad bike trip begins, participants must sign a separate disclaimer form or waiver. Pregnant women and people with back issues are not advised to do this excursion. Before the trip begins, each participant must sign a disclaimer form or release. People under the age of 15 (referred to as "Minors") are not allowed to reserve our services. With signed permission, minors under the age of 15 may take excursions with a parent or legal guardian.
