• Tickets are valid from Sunday to Thursday between 4 PM and midnight, excluding public holidays. Tickets are *not valid* on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays from 4 PM to 1 AM. Tickets are also invalid during the following periods: - National Day (1st and 2nd December 2024) - Festive and New Year Period (15th December 2024 to 9th January 2025) - Eid Holidays (30th and 31st March, and 1st to 3rd April 2025). The park gates close 30 minutes before the official closing time. Tuesdays are designated for ladies, families, and couples, except on public holidays. Outside food and beverages are not allowed within the park premises. Smoking is restricted to designated areas only. Tickets will be deemed invalid if the QR code has already been scanned, is tampered with, or has expired. Wheeled devices such as bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, and scooters are prohibited unless rented within the park. Guests are responsible for their belongings as the park is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Free entry is available for children under three, senior citizens aged 65 and above, and holders of People of Determination ID cards along with one companion. Each ticket permits entry for one person only and does not allow re-entry. Tickets cannot be canceled after booking, but remain valid for 90 days from the purchase date.
