- • Tickets that are stolen, misplaced, or lost are not our responsibility. • Unless accompanied by an adult 16 years of age or older, children under the age of 12 will not be allowed entry to The National Aquarium. • Be reduced without prior warning or responsibility to the owner. • The ticket is only good for general entry. • The holder of the ticket is not entitled to any non-complimentary services or amenities within. • In the staff's reasonable opinion, the ticket holder may be denied access. • The safety of ticket holders may be at danger due to the holder's presence. • Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
