• **Ticket Validity and Check-In:** - Tickets are valid exclusively for the chosen date and time. - Passengers must arrive at the helipad at least 45 minutes before the scheduled flight time. - Late arrivals beyond the departure time will be classified as a "no-show," and no refunds will be issued. **Cancellation Policy:** - **More than 48 hours before the flight:** No cancellation fees apply. - **Within 48 to 24 hours of the flight:** 50% of the booking cost will be charged. - **Less than 24 hours before the flight:** 100% of the ticket price is non-refundable. **Pregnancy Policy:** - Passengers who are seven months pregnant or more must present a valid doctor’s certificate confirming they are fit to fly. **Child Policy:** - Only children aged two years and older are permitted to fly and must purchase a seat. Lap seating is not allowed. - Children aged 2 to 12 must be accompanied by a guardian and cannot fly alone. **Photography and Filming Restrictions:** - Devices like iPads, selfie sticks, and cameras with lenses exceeding 400mm are prohibited. - Commercial filming is not allowed during flights. **Special Assistance:** - Passengers requiring mobility support must arrange for their own lifting assistance for boarding and deboarding. **Right to Refuse:** - HeliDubai reserves the right to enforce a safety-based dress code or refuse boarding to any passenger at its discretion. **Weather and Operational Conditions:** - All flights are subject to prevailing weather, visibility, air traffic regulations, and safety considerations, which may lead to route adjustments. **Photography Use:** - HeliDubai may use passenger photos or videos taken during the experience for promotional purposes. - Photos are not included in the tour package but can be purchased separately at the photo counter. **Weight Limit:** - The maximum allowable weight per passenger is 140 kg.
