• Falcon Tours has established the following policies for its helicopter services: **Late Arrivals:** Passengers are required to check in at least 45 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may result in the flight departing as scheduled, with no accountability on the part of Falcon Tours. **Cancellation Policy:** - **More than 48 hours before departure:** 100% refund. - **24 to 48 hours before departure:** 50% refund. - **Less than 24 hours before departure:** No refund. **Cancellation by Falcon Tours:** If a tour is canceled due to weather conditions or technical issues, customers will be notified via phone or email. They can choose between a full refund or rescheduling. **Refund Process:** To initiate a refund, passengers must complete and sign a refund form with supporting documents. Refunds are processed within 7 working days. **Conditions of Carriage:** Falcon Tours reserves the right to offload any passengers or items deemed unsafe or potentially harmful to the aircraft, crew, or other passengers. **Prohibited Items:** Smoking, food, and beverages are not allowed during helicopter flights. **Insurance:** Passengers are insured in accordance with UAE Civil Aviation regulations. **Operating Hours:** Flights operate daily from 10 am to 6 pm, subject to weather conditions, from the Atlantis the Palm Helipad. **Weight Limit:** The maximum weight per passenger is 110 kg.
