Conditions and Terms

• • The terms and conditions of the ticket are final and cannot be changed. • Children under the age of two are free. Children's ages may differ for other attractions at Dubai Dolphinarium, and conditions must be observed. • A valid child ticket is required for children who are exactly two (2) years old and older. • Adult tickets are required for those who are exactly twelve (12) years old and older. • Children under the age of seven are not permitted to enter the show arena alone. • Admission to Creek Park must be paid for using a NOL card; the Dubai Dolphinarium Show ticket does not cover park admission. If a customer does not have a NOL card, they can buy one at Creek Park Gate 1 for 25 AED, and the entire group can use it. Note: Each person's NOL card should have a 5AED credit. The Dubai Municipality is the one who made this charge, and it cannot be negotiated. • Tickets are not eligible for use in conjunction with any other special rates, discounts, or promotions. • Any promotion will not be accepted at these rates, and Dolphinarium retains the right to create a promotional ticket price. The Creek Park Bird Show is open Monday through Wednesday. Prices and show times are subject to change at any time. 3:15, 3:15, and 6:15 p.m. * Closed on Tuesdays. • • Guests are asked to adhere to seat numbers when assigned; • Ticket purchases are only valid for shows that are issued; there is no refund or transfer policy; • Free seating on regular seats may be applied during holidays or any shows that Dubai Dolphinarium management chooses.
