• **Flight Eligibility Policy** Passengers falling under the following categories are not permitted to participate in balloon flights: - Pregnant women - Children under 5 years of age - Individuals over 80 years of age - Those with serious heart conditions or other significant medical issues - Individuals who have undergone major surgery within the last 6 months - Anyone with a recently broken arm or leg - Those experiencing chronic back or neck pain or injuries - Individuals with a fear of heights (acrophobia) - Persons with mental, emotional, or physical disabilities All passengers are required to sign a mandatory declaration confirming they do not fall into any of the above categories. **Refund Policy** - **Individual Bookings:** - Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the flight: No cancellation fee - **Group Bookings (5 or more passengers in a single booking):** - Cancellations made more than 7 days before the flight: No cancellation fee - Cancellations made between 5 and 7 days before the flight: 50% cancellation fee - Cancellations made within 5 days of the flight: 100% cancellation fee
