• Dolphin Kayak participants are required to get to Atlas Village at least five minutes prior to the start time. A participant will be deemed a "no show" if they arrive fifteen minutes past the start time. Please be aware that the time you have reserved is for the required check-in and not for the actual activity. There can be no more than six competitors per timing. All swimming skills are welcome, and participants must be at least 8 years old. Every youngster under 12 must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old and willing to participate and pay. The Dolphin Kayak does not come with any photos, but you may buy them at the Photo Counter. Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling If the reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours before to the planned event, a full refund will be given. There will be a 50% cancellation fee from 72 to 24 hours prior to the experience time. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of the planned event, there will be a 100% cancellation fee. Rescheduling needs to be done at least 24 hours prior to the original time.
