• The Dolphin Meet & Greet experience requires attendees to get to Atlas Village at least fifteen minutes prior to the start time. A participant will be deemed a "no show" if they arrive fifteen minutes past the start time. Please be aware that the time you have reserved is for the required check-in and not for the actual activity. There can be no more than 15 participants per program. Any age can enjoy this experience. A participating, paying adult who is at least 18 years old must accompany any youngster under the age of twelve. Children under the age of two enter free of charge. After the encounter, each ticket buyer will receive a free printed photo. Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling If the reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours before to the planned event, a full refund will be given. There will be a 50% cancellation fee from 72 to 24 hours prior to the experience time. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of the planned event, there will be a 100% cancellation fee. Rescheduling needs to be done at least 24 hours prior to the original time.
