• • The online sale of tickets and annual passes to Dubai Parks and Resorts' ("DPR") theme park or parks is subject to these terms and conditions.Youngsters under three go in free. A valid ID is required. • Only admission to the chosen theme park or parks is permitted by the ticket or annual pass. • Every Ticket or Annual Pass bearer will receive a unique E-Ticket or Annual Pass. Annual passes and tickets are not refundable, exchangeable, or transferable, and they cannot be sold. Dated tickets must be used on or before the date shown on the ticket, unless otherwise specified. • DPR and the park in question retain the right, at their sole discretion, to change the dates and times that the attractions are open and to close, remove, or cancel all or a portion of the rides, events, or facilities within the attractions for any reason, including but not limited to operational, technical, health and safety, or special events or private functions. To be clear, if any of the attractions are closed or removed throughout the year, neither the whole value of the ticket nor any portion of the value of the annual pass will be reimbursed, nor will any compensation be due. • Some rides and attractions have height, weight, size, and age restrictions as well as health warnings. These will be available from Guest Services and displayed at each pertinent ride and attraction. • When entering the park or parks, the ticket must be presented by the authorized holder. • Under no circumstances are refunds offered. • Please take note that LEGOLAND Water Park is closed on Wednesdays. • All visitors are subject to the admission rules and regulations posted at the main entrance of each park, at Guest Services, and as otherwise provided by DPR.
