Conditions and Terms

• 1. The online sale of tickets and annual passes to Dubai Parks and Resorts ("DPR") theme park(s) is subject to these terms and conditions. 2. Admission is free for kids under three. A valid ID is required. 3. Only admission to the chosen theme park or parks is permitted by the ticket or annual pass. 4. An e-ticket or annual pass will be supplied to each ticket or annual pass holder. 5. Tickets and Annual Passes cannot be offered for sale and are not refundable, exchangeable, or transferable. 6. A ticket buyer is only permitted to buy tickets for their own use or the usage of their guest or guests. 7. Open-dated tickets expire 180 days after the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. 8. Dated tickets must be used on or by the date shown on the ticket, unless otherwise specified. 9. Multi-park/multi-day tickets, unless otherwise indicated, are valid for seven days after the first use, and the first use must take place before the ticket's expiration date. One whole day of use is represented by each day of use. 10. At their sole discretion, DPR and the relevant park reserve the right to change the attractions' opening and closing times as well as to close, remove, or cancel all or a portion of the rides, events, or facilities within the attractions for any reason, including but not limited to operational, technical, health and safety, or private events. To be clear, if any of the attractions are closed or removed throughout the year, neither the whole value of the ticket nor any portion of the value of the annual pass will be reimbursed, nor will any compensation be due. 11. Certain rides and attractions have height, weight, size, and age restrictions as well as health warnings. These will be available from Guest Services and displayed at each pertinent ride and attraction. 12. Unless otherwise indicated, tickets are only good for the theme park or theme parks listed on the ticket; they cannot be used for events, shows, or activities at other theme parks, Dubai Parks & Resorts, or other theme parks that require separate tickets. 13. The ticket must be presented by the ticket's authorised holder when they enter the park. 14. Under no circumstances are refunds available. 15. All visitors must abide by the entry rules and regulations posted at the main entrance of each park, at Guest Services, and at other places provided by DPR. 16. DPR and the parks maintain the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by providing you with written notice. Please be aware that on Wednesdays, LEGOLAND Water Park is closed.
