Conditions and Terms

• • The terms and conditions of the ticket are final and cannot be changed. • Children under the age of two are free. Children's ages may differ for other attractions at Dubai Dolphinarium, and conditions must be observed. • A valid child ticket is required for children who are exactly two (2) years old and older. • Adult tickets are required for those who are exactly twelve (12) years old and older. • Children under the age of seven are not permitted to enter the show arena alone. • The Dubai Dolphinarium Show ticket does not cover park admission; all guests must purchase an entry ticket using NOL Card to Creek Park. If the client does not have a NOL card, they can buy one at Creek Park Gate 1 for 25 AED, and the entire group can use it. Note: Each person's NOL card should have a 5 AED credit. The Dubai Municipality is the one who made this charge, and it cannot be negotiated. • Tickets are not eligible for use in conjunction with any other special rates, discounts, or promotions. Any promotion will not be accepted at these rates, and Dolphinarium has the right to create a promotional ticket price. • Due to pick season, advance booking is essential; prices and show timings are subject to change without notice. • Wednesday through Monday: Dolphin & Seal Discounted Show 11:00 am, 2:00 pm, and 5:00 pm (TUESDAY CLOSED) • During holidays or any shows that the management of Dubai Dolphinarium chooses, free seating on regular seats may be used. • When assigned, guests are asked to adhere to their seat numbers. • The purchase of a ticket is only valid for the show and cannot be refunded or transferred.
