Conditions and Terms

• The terms and conditions of the ticket are final and cannot be changed. Children under the age of two are admitted free of charge. Children's ages may differ for other attractions at Dubai Dolphinarium, and conditions must be observed. A valid child ticket is required for those who are exactly two (2) years old and older. Those who are precisely twelve (12) years of age or older require an adult ticket. It is prohibited for children under the age of seven to enter the show arena without an adult companion. Entry to Creek Park must be paid for with a NOL card; the Dubai Dolphinarium Show ticket does not cover park admission. If the client does not have a NOL card, they can buy one at Creek Park Gate 1 for 5 AED, and the entire group can use it. Note: Each person's NOL card should have a 5 AED credit. The Dubai Municipality is the one who made this charge, and it cannot be negotiated. It is not possible to combine tickets with any other special rates, discounts, or promotions. Any promotion will not be accepted at these rates, and Dolphinarium has the right to create a promotional ticket price. Prices and show times are subject to change at any time without warning (pre-booking is essential due to peak season). Discounted Dolphin & Seal Show Wednesday through Monday 2 p.m., 5 p.m., and 11 a.m. (TUESDAY CLOSED) Holidays and any shows that the Dubai Dolphinarium management chooses may qualify for free seating on regular seats. It is requested that guests adhere to their assigned seat numbers. The purchase of a ticket is only valid for the show; there is no refund or transfer.
