Terms & Conditions
- For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Child" or "Children" refers to any person who is twelve (12) years of age or younger in the Gregorian calendar. The Purchaser and the Ticket Holder hereby acknowledge and accept that due to venue capacity limitations, access flow constraints, health and safety requirements and local law authority enforcement obligations Expo City Dubai does not guarantee access to certain areas of the Expo City Dubai Site or a Venue to any Ticket Holder even if the Ticket Holder has a Date Assigned Ticket. Expo City Dubai retains the authority to request written proof of impairment from a ticket holder who is in possession of a ticket for a Person of Determination. When visiting Expo City Dubai, all Persons of Determination are advised to keep the appropriate documentation proving their disability at all times. When visiting specific areas of the Expo City Dubai site and/or venues, ticket holders are required to keep their tickets at all times. Expo City Dubai and/or Venues reserve their right at any time to request a Ticket Holder to present their Tickets upon request by any Expo City Dubai or Venues Staff for inspection prior to admission to the relevant areas of the Expo City Dubai Site and/or Venues or at any time during the Ticket Holder's visit to relevant areas of the Expo City Dubai Site and/or Venues. The Expo City Dubai Site and/or the Venue, as the case may be, may be closed to any ticket holder found in possession of any restricted or prohibited items. Expo City Dubai retains complete and final discretion over this decision. Depending on the type of restricted or prohibited item, any ticket holder who violates either the restricted or prohibited item policies may be arrested and/or prosecuted by the appropriate authorities. The Purchaser and the Ticket Holder hereby acknowledge and accept that due to venue capacity limitations, access flow constraints, health and safety requirements and local law authority enforcement obligations Expo City Dubai does not guarantee access to certain areas of the Expo City Dubai Site or a Venue to any Ticket Holder even if the Ticket Holder has a Date Assigned Ticket.
