• • Tickets are void if they are altered and are not refundable or transferable. • Please enter through the main door of the attraction. • Present all e-tickets, printed or on a mobile device that can be scanned, when you enter the pre-booked ticket line. • While some lines are still to be expected during busy times, please arrive no more than fifteen minutes before the time you have selected to enter in order to minimize these. • The transfer or alteration that Merlin has a reasonable suspicion of having occurred will not be honored. • Tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost.
