• As indicated on the ticket(s), visitors should arrive at the museum fifteen minutes before the time slot on the day of admittance. If the arrival time slot is missed, MOTF is unable to provide a refund. Rebooking a different time window on the same day will depend on availability and cannot be guaranteed. All tickets can be exchanged for wristbands and wearables that allow entry to the exhibition at the designated ticket time at kiosks located in the Museum of the Future lobby or at the Customer Service desk. Loud noises, strobe effects, flashing lights, fast-changing visuals, lasers, various projections, and/or smoke machines may be present in some areas of the museum. For your reference, these sections have been identified by the Museum. The terms and conditions in the Museum Ticket Sale Terms & Conditions, which are accessible at www.museumofthefuture.ae/en/ticket-terms-and-conditions or from the contact information below upon request, are supplemented by and comprise a portion of these ticket terms and conditions.
