• • Tickets that are lost, forgotten, or stolen are not the responsibility of Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo. • Due to renovations, capacity issues, bad weather, special events, and other factors, Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo may temporarily close or alter their operation hours. • Be reduced without prior warning or responsibility to the owner. • The ticket is only good for general admission to the Underwater Zoo and Dubai Aquarium. • The holder of the ticket is not entitled to any non-complimentary services or amenities within. • The Underwater Zoo and Aquarium in Dubai. It is not permitted to reenter the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo. A ticket holder may be denied access if, in the staff's reasonable assessment, their presence could endanger their safety or interfere with other people's enjoyment. • The administration of Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo retains the right to deny entry if it interferes with regular operations or otherwise affects the facility. • Everyone attending the venue must abide by the rules and guidelines established by the management. • Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. For safety concerns, glass-bottom boats should be towed, and children younger than 16 must be escorted by an adult.
