- • To enter Qasr Al Watan, a person must have a valid ticket that they have purchased from us, our website, or an approved third party. • To enter Qasr Al Watan, you will need to show (i) the original ticket or online e-ticket, (ii) the credit card used to buy the tickets, or a valid government-issued ID that matches the name on the reservation. • Your ticket specifies how long it is valid. Two kinds of tickets are available: You can enter certain palace areas, exhibits, and other public areas with a Qasr Al Watan ticket. Entry to the 'Palace in Motion' show is also included with this ticket if it's happening on the day you're visiting. • You own your ticket and it might not be shared with someone else. Special events that require a separate admission fee are not covered by the ticket. • You can only enter the palace building once with your Qasr Al Watan ticket. If you leave the palace building, you are not allowed to return. • You can only enter once with your Palace in Motion ticket. If you leave the Qasr Al Watan premises, you are not allowed to return. Tickets must be kept and presented for examination upon request. • Children under the age of eleven must be escorted by a responsible adult who is at least eighteen years old and has a valid ticket. • Admission to Qasr Al Watan is free for children under three;
