• Activities like dune bashing may not be permitted for pregnant women, people with back or neck issues, heart diseases, or other major medical conditions. Certain activities may be banned for guests who are elderly or children under a specific age, usually three years. Visitors must follow all staff-provided safety instructions, particularly when engaging in sandboarding and dune bashing. It is mandatory to use seatbelts when driving off-road. When working with camels or engaging in other practical activities, pay attention to the directions. In accordance with the schedule, guests must be prepared for pickup and drop-off. Activities that are missed due to delays might not be refunded. Depending on the weather, traffic, or unanticipated events, exact times may change.Tours may be canceled or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions or insufficient bookings. Refunds or alternate options will be provided as per the operator’s policy.
