• Arrivals that are late: At least forty-five minutes before the scheduled departure time, all passengers should show up for check-in.Regretfully, we have the right to release the flight as scheduled and are not responsible for latecomers. Passengers' Cancellation Policy: • If the tour is canceled more than 48 hours before departure, a full refund will be given. • If the excursion is canceled 24 to 48 hours before departure, a 50% refund will be given. If a tour is canceled less than twenty-four hours before departure, there will be no reimbursement. Falcon Tours Services' cancellation:The consumer will be contacted by phone or email if the tour needs to be canceled because of bad weather or technical issues. A reservation can be rescheduled or a complete refund might be issued. Policy for Refunds: A refund form must be filled out and signed, together with any supporting documentation, in order to initiate the return procedure. Within seven business days, the reimbursed cash will appear in the designated bank account. Carriage conditions: Any passenger or item that is thought to be risky or that could endanger the aircraft, crew, or passengers may be offloaded by Falcon Tours at any time. Crucial: We don't allow food, drink, or smoking during our helicopter rides. InsuranceIn accordance with local UAE Civil Aviation laws, passengers are insured. Time: We operate every day of the year from 10 am to 6 pm from Atlantis the Palm Helipad, subject to the weather.
