• Age: On the day of your flight, you must be 17 years old (as defined by the Gregorian calendar). This condition must be fulfilled by customers. Weight: On the day of your flight, you must weigh no more than 105 kg. We apologize, but we are unable to offer any exceptions to this legal requirement from our manufacturers. This condition must be fulfilled by customers. The summer weight limit is 100 kg due to weather conditions. Policy for Sales Even if you have a reservation, you will not be allowed to travel if you do not meet our age and weight restrictions. If you have paid for your Gyrocopter flight in advance and you are unable to attend, you will not receive a refund. Your flight must be rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date. In this instance, unless the receipt specifies otherwise, your reservation must be used within six months of the date of purchase. Our flight operation is situated near to Dubai Marina at Skydive Dubai's Palm Dropzone location. We apologize, but we are unable to offer pick-up or drop-off services for this experience. Along the Dubai Marina coastline, the flight path will pass some of the city's most famous landmarks, such as the world's largest Ferris wheel, Ain Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, Atlantis, The Palm, The World Islands, and the magnificent Burj Al Arab. The operations team has the final say over the type of helicopter aircraft that is used during your flight. Their choice is definitive. During an operating day, this cannot be altered. For safety concerns, passengers in open-style helicopters are not permitted to have any baggage or personal possessions with them while in flight. Your flight time is the time you choose when you make your reservation. It is advised that all customers arrive half an hour before their scheduled departure time. This event is not appropriate for expectant mothers. Any personal belongings you may have can be left in the free lockers at the location.
