• You can reschedule your skydive by sending an email to info@skydivedubai.ae at least 24 hours before your original reservation time. You will lose the entire purchase amount of each reservation if you are unable to show up at the appointed time. Every tandem customer must adhere to Skydive Dubai's weight and BMI criteria. Women: 90.0 kg/198.0 lbs or less in weight. BMI: less than 27.5. Men should weigh no more than 100.0 kg (220 lbs). BMI: 30.0 or lower. To skydive, a consumer must be between the ages of 18 and 75 (based on the Gregorian calendar). Customers who are less than eighteen or older than seventy-five on the day of the jump will not be allowed to skydive.A completed and signed copy of the Declaration of Fitness form from your physician must be submitted if you are 70 to 75 years old on the day of the jump or if you have experienced any of the medical problems listed on our website. Alcohol, narcotics, and scuba diving must be avoided 24 hours before to your skydiving. You will not be allowed to skydive and will lose the entire booking fee if you do not meet the prerequisites to jump, which include everything mentioned above. All payments are refundable within a year of the purchase date. You will have to pay when you arrive if you need to reschedule your reservation after your payment period has expired.In the event of bad weather or other uncontrollable mitigating circumstances, Skydive Dubai retains the right to suspend operations. On the day of your skydiving, please allow three to four hours (that is, from the time of your scheduled check-in to the end of your skydive) to spend at our locations.
