Upgrades to the voucher are available at the Ski Dubai Counter for an extra fee. Lessons, Snow Bullet, and Penguin Encounters require reservations in advance. Visit Ski Dubai You have forty-five minutes before the start of your Penguin Encounter, Snow Bullet, or Lesson. This voucher excludes the refundable keycard deposit. Passes cannot be changed back into vouchers once they have been exchanged. No redeemable cash value; not for resale. Unused vouchers are not refundable.
