To obtain tickets, the visitor must show the At the Top counter the QR code on this reservation confirmation along with a photo ID. This booking confirmation is only good for the time and date shown on it; when that time and date have passed, it will automatically expire. Reservations can only be changed up to 72 hours before the scheduled visit.Booking confirmations and/or tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, both before and after the ticket(s) expire. They can only be used once.Tickets that are lost, damaged, or stolen are not exchangeable, refundable, or replaceable in any way.
