To pick up your entry card and start your tour, please be at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel Ticketing Lounge (https://goo.gl/maps/GmbaAZWqdHpAfkh38) fifteen minutes before your scheduled time. Please be informed that tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. No re-entry will be accepted. An adult (21+ years old) must accompany any ticket buyer younger than 16 years old. You can skip printing this ticket and just scan it at the entrance. DRESS CODE: When you're in public areas, please be considerate of our in-house guests' need for quiet and comfort. Professional cameras and flash photography are not allowed. Put your best foot forward at Burj Al Arab, the birthplace of opulence. Formal and informal wear. Appropriate shorts can be tailored.
